Refund and Returns Policy

Digital items

There are no refunds/returns on digital items due to their nature.

This includes gift certificates and gift cards.

Physical Items

Items such as mugs, t-shirts, physical books/journals/planners, and other items that are physical and shipped via postal service are not eligible for returns/refunds unless:

A) Your item arrives damaged

-You will have the option of replacement of the same item or Store credit which will be supplied via gift card or directly to your account on Rayfancy.com

-E-mail CS@Rayfancy.com with your order # and photos of damage within 3 days of delivery.

B) Your order was incomplete

-You will have the choice of having missing item(s) mailed to you or receive partial refund to your original payment method for the cost of missing item at the time of purchase.

*All physical items are shipped usps insured we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You will need to file a claim with USPS directly*

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
